Please read the following Terms of Use and Participation Agreement (“the Agreement") for your participation in the n’betweener Course, effective on the date registered:
The n’betweener™ Course (“the Course”) is the proprietary collection of written and video presentations delivered over the duration of the Course in individual class segments created by Nora Alwah, LLC (“Alwah”) (“the Materials”), which owns all right, title and interest in and to the Course, the Method and the Materials including without limitation any and all trademarks and trade names associated therewith.
The n’betweener Method (“the Method”) means all right, title, and interest in the methodology, training and set of principles and practices, utilizing emotional, somatic and linguistic techniques, the unique, proprietary synthesis of which is created, used and taught by Alwah. It is licensed to you as part of your participation in the Course on a nonexclusive basis, solely for educational purposes under the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement. In being granted this limited access to the Materials, you agree not to violate Alwah’s exclusive rights to the Materials, the Method or to any derivatives, including without limitation the display, distribution or transmission of the Materials or the adaptation of the Method, without the express written permission of Alwah, as provided under the U.S. Copyright Act.

and Participation Agreement
The n’betweener Course and its teachings including the Method, Materials and trademarks and trade names associated therewith (“the IP”) have been developed by Alwah over years and represent valuable investments of time and money with significant market value. In accessing the IP including without limitation these materials and concepts, you agree that you may not share, display or otherwise distribute or adapt or make derivatives of any of the IP to which you will be exposed in the Course without Alwah's express written permission. You further acknowledge and agree that adherence to this provision is a material element of the Agreement and any breach of Alwah’s exclusive rights to the IP would constitute a material breach of the Agreement and the terms and conditions of your participation in the Course.
Should such a material breach occur, Alwah reserves the right to terminate any participant’s access to the Course, the Method or the Materials if it is discovered that the participant has violated these terms and conditions. There will be no refund in the event a participant’s access is terminated because of a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In saying yes to this Agreement and taking the Course, you acknowledge that participating in any awareness expanding program may affect you in unanticipated ways, including feelings of discomfort and upset. You further acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for your participation and hold Alwah blameless for any unexpected impact on you as a result of your participation in the Course. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Alwah harmless from and against any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or claims including attorneys fees arising out of your participation in the Course. This provision shall survive completion or termination of the Course for any reason.
Should a dispute arise between you and Alwah with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Course, you agree to attempt mediation first to resolve any differences before taking further action. In the event mediation is unsuccessful, this Agreement shall be governed by Colorado law and any adverse action with respect to it shall be filed in an appropriate venue in the courts of Boulder County.
This Agreement is the final and complete agreement between you and Alwah regarding the Course, the Method and your use of the Materials and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements or understandings.
